Background
IMPT (impt.io) is a hotel-booking and carbon-offset e-commerce platform headquartered in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, Ireland. Its mobile app, Mastercard / Visa debit card and 1.7M-hotel inventory have been live for several years on app.impt.io. The IMPT AI Swarm — launched 2 May 2026 — wraps that platform in a conversational AI front-end built as eight specialist agents (hotel search, flight advisor, gift concierge, franchise, country owner, B2B marketing, dashboard, portal router). The carbon mechanic is unchanged from IMPT's existing offset programme: one tonne of verified CO₂ retired on-chain per booking, paid for by IMPT from booking commission.
