Who we are

IMPT (impt.io) operates the IMPT AI Swarm at swarm.impt.io. Our registered correspondence address is The Old Museum, Parnell Street, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, E91 K227, Ireland.

What the chat collects

• Your messages. The text you type into the chat is sent to our backend and to Anthropic (the LLM provider) to generate a response.
• A thread ID. A short random identifier per browser session, used to keep your conversation continuous. Not tied to any account by default.
• Hotel-search parameters. When you ask for a hotel, we send the city, dates, guest count, and budget you mention to our hotel API to find availability.
• Server logs. nginx records IP, timestamp, path, and user-agent — kept 30 days for security and debugging.

What we do not collect

• Your name, email, phone, or payment details — unless you choose to share them in chat (please don't).
• Cookies for advertising third parties on swarm.impt.io itself. (Once you click through to app.impt.io to book, our standard booking-platform cookies apply — see app.impt.io/privacy.)

Who we share with

• Anthropic — to run the language model that powers the chat.
• Google Maps — to geocode the city/landmark you mention.
• The IMPT booking platform (impt-services / Hotelbeds / Gimmonix) — to find live hotel availability and prices.

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share with advertisers from this domain.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask us to delete your chat threads or your server-log entries by emailing [email protected] with the thread ID (visible in the URL bar) or your IP address and approximate visit time. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for 14 days.
