For corporate travel managers — IMPT swarm

ESG-ready travel programme: per-trip scope-3 emissions, downloadable reports, on-chain offset proof. Built for corporate compliance.

Corporate travel managers have two pressures pulling against each other: book trips fast, and report scope-3 emissions accurately. Most travel programmes solve one and break the other. The IMPT swarm is built for both.

A travel programme that reports itself

Every booking through the IMPT swarm retires 1 tonne of carbon on-chain, against a Verra-registered project. The retirement transaction hash, project ID, vintage, and tonnage are stored against the booking record. Pull a quarterly export from the dashboard and you have a full audit trail — booking-level, traveller-level, department-level — without manual reconciliation.

Scope-3 categories covered

Hotel emissions sit in scope-3 category 6 (business travel). The IMPT retirement is structured to plug into CSRD, CDP, TCFD and SBTi disclosures. The export gives you both the emissions and the offset on the same line, in tonnes CO₂e, with the retirement proof attached. Your auditor's job goes from "spreadsheet forensics" to "spot check three rows".

Booker policy controls

Corporate accounts get policy controls — preferred chains, max nightly rate per city, required amenity sets, blackout dates. Bookers see only compliant inventory. The B2B marketing agent ingests your travel policy and enforces it inside the swarm without anyone reading a 40-page PDF.

Single sign-on and approval flows

SAML and OIDC sign-on, plus configurable approval thresholds — auto-approve under €X per night, route to manager above that, escalate to finance over €Y. The swarm's portal router handles the routing. You don't need to bolt on a third-party expense tool just to enforce the basics.

Invoicing and finance

Consolidated monthly invoicing, optional VAT split, line-item carbon attribution. Finance gets one PDF and one CSV. Bookings tie back to project codes via custom fields the dashboard agent surfaces at booking time.

Why the carbon piece matters now

CSRD reporting is mandatory for large EU-operating companies from FY 2024 onwards, and the regulators are testing whether disclosed numbers reconcile to actual evidence. A travel programme that retires real, on-chain credits is the cleanest evidence available. Most ESG teams currently stitch together airline calculators, hotel attestations and a generic offset provider — fragile, manual and easy to challenge.

Getting started

Pilot programmes are typically scoped in a 30-minute call. We onboard you against your existing travel policy, set up SSO and reporting fields, and run the first month in shadow mode so you can compare to your existing TMC before switching traffic over.

Frequently asked

Is there a minimum booking volume to qualify?

No hard minimum. The B2B agent scales from 5-person teams to 5,000-person enterprises. Pricing only changes at the enterprise end.

Can we keep our existing chain rates and loyalty programmes?

Yes. The swarm honours direct corporate rates and most major loyalty programmes — the IMPT carbon retirement is added on top, not in place of.

How does the on-chain proof help in an audit?

Auditors can verify the retirement against Verra's public registry and the public blockchain independently — no trust in IMPT required. It is third-party-attestable evidence.

Do you handle GDPR for traveller data?

Yes. EU-resident traveller data is processed and stored in EU regions; the data-processing addendum is part of the standard onboarding pack.
